Can't Access Site - MySQL Error

Hello,

How would it be that I can't access a site, I think it's timing out,
but everyone else can? I have tried to access a website for my gaming
guild and everyone else can. I can actually also do it myself from
work, but just not from my home pc. I get the message below. I
restarted my modem, scanned for virii and spyware and whiped my
cookies.

What else would cause this issue? Any suggestions?

Database Error: Lost connection to MySQL server during query

Do you host this site yourself?
If no, you will need to take this up with the owner of the website.
