There are a lot of good ways to lose weight. Always eat breakfast, but don't eat to much. Like maybe some milk and fruit. Don't eat stuff like lucky charms or cocoa puffs. Try not to eat anything between breakfast and lunch. For lunch and dinner eat really lean stuff. Do NOT eat any junk food before you go to bed because you can't burn it off when you are sleeping so then it all turns into fat. If you want junk food eat it in the middle of the day so you can work it off later. Run 1 mile every day, 50 sit-ups, 50 crunches and 50 jumping jacks, you should look great after about 2 weeks.
