Get your MSL code for your Sprint Mogul or Touch
After downloading it, Make a folder on your PC Called GETSPC.
unzip the file GetSPC.zip into it. copy the folder to your microSD card. then go to "settings/system/device info" on your Touch, find your ESN and write it down(Case Sensitive). Run GetSPC.exe from you storage Card. put your ESN# in the INPUT field. Press go. the Output is your MSL Code. SOURCE: Touch MSL - PPCGeeks
