Thanks for your help.

I checked my setting on TOC3 and TOC4. Nothing changed. I set my default font to Arial, there shall not be any Time New Roman show up. It is a mystery.

I have installed the Save as PDF/XPS patch. It does create PDF file with link in TOC; however, there are two problems with the patch:

1. It does not create the Bookmark on the PDF Bookmark Panel.
2. When merge multiple files, the TOC link disappered.
