I tried re-creating the PDF. I also tried doing a "repair" on Acrobat. Nothing works. The only reason I am using the PDF Maker option in MS Word is because that will automatically keep all my bookmarks and table of contents. If I use the "print to" option, will it retain all my bookmarks and TOC?
