OH MY GOSH!!! THAT WORKED. Why can you not e-mail forms? Is that why they have the "Distribute Form" function? Do you know how I can make it so I can e-mail it? THANK YOU THANK YOU!

In general you can. But it's quite common for e-mail to damage
attachments. Very annoying, too: the job of email is, after all, to
deliver just what you sent.

It might be that changing e-mail program for sending would fix it. Or
it could be an anti-virus mail scanner. If you are sending mail within
a company, report this to your administrators, it should be their
problem.
