Hi all,
My reader quit working sometime ago. I that I'd just install the next
version.
When I try, the download does complete.
I thought I would remove the excisting version using add remove programs,
when I click remove I get the following message;

"This package could not be opened. Verify that the patch package exists and
that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that
this is a valid Windows Installer patch package."

What's going on and how do I fix it?
