You were right I was looking at system memory usage. When I look specifically at Acrobat when I save, Mem Usage immediately jumps to 120MB and VM size to 1.1GB. From there over the course of about 45-60 seconds seconds, Mem Usage climbs to over 800MB and VM size pegs out at 1.83 GB. I can see Acrobat page faulting at 2-3K pages per second.
