Text shift
Hello! Whenever I convert my MS Word 2007 document to pdf, it shifts ALL the text, paragraphs, etc. up and wrecks the format of the document. The document looks something like
Section 1.2 TOPIC text text text Then on page 2 it has Section 1.2.2 TOPIC text text text Instead of preserving each section on individual pages, it shoves it all together and I can't figure out how to get it to save as a pdf exactly how it looks in microsoft word. Thanks in advance for any help! Sally |

Re: Text shift
How did you advance your section to the next page in Word? Be sure you
use a "next page" section break. Never just press return until you get a new page, that's a recipe for disaster, because Word will change the layout automatically if it feels like it, and always if you make a PDF. Aandi Inston |
