Convert Designer form to Acrobat form so I can edit it in Acrobat

Hi,

A colleague of mine made a form in Designer and now needs me to edit this form to make some of the fields lock. I don't know how to do that in designer. We can make ALL fields lock, but I need to make only SOME of the fields lock.

So because of this I need to edit the form in Acrobat. But Acrobat is not letting me edit the form fields. Does anyone know how to go from Designer to Acrobat so that the form fields are editable?

Thanks in advance,

Stan

You can't edit Designer-created forms in Adobe Acrobat.

Searching for the word calendar in the user guide
<http://www.adobe.com/support/documentation/en/acrobatpro/>

I do not find any creation options... in fact, I don't think Acrobat is designed to create much of anything, that is why there are different products

Someone created a pop-up calendar but it is over 30 fields and about 1,000 lines of code to move, pop-up,and select a date.

You may ask this question in the Designer forum.
