Hi,

I just found an interesting quirk in Illustrator CS3 on XP SP2. I've been exporting a lot of files using Save For Web and Devices. When I record the export actions and play them back and save the file there is a slight shift in colour compared to when I perform the actions manually.

The Action I record is very simple:

Click "Save For Web and Devices"
Select 100% Quality Jpeg
Enter an Image Size
Save the file

Manually I get a blue whose HEX value is #9DB4D3
Running the action gives me a HEX value of #93B6D4

I've tried this on two seperate installations and the result is the same.

Any ideas anyone?

This occurs when the source AI file is in CMYK Colour Mode or RGB Colour Mode

Orginal CMYK Blue is C=100, M=45, Y=0, K=37

Soory Orginal CMYK Blue is C=100, M=45, Y=0, K=37 30%
