Hi All,

I have a complex multi-coloured vector object.

I want to create a outline of the object as a path and then use that path to put text around.

There must be an easy way of doing this, can anyone please give me some guidance?

Could you copy it all and use the pathfinder pallet "add to shape area" on the copy?
