I have problems with Illustrator CS3.

Sometimes, when I am using it and go to select a layer, it .. stack/freeze whatever. I don't know why, but the cost to me is too much - specially if I haven't save my artwork for some time.. (you might understand how much annoying is this!).

I also have noticed, that if I leave Illustrator open, and do others things for some minutes, then if I try to close it.. ..it just freezes without consuming any CPU power. The only way to close it, is via forcing close with task manager or log-off.

Anyone with same problems?
Anyone with any solutions?
Any way to inform technical team about these issues? (I can't find where I officially should report this problems!)

* I am working on windows XP, dual Core 2GHz each, 2GB mem, ~20GB free disk space. And all updates have been applied.
