I also have your problem, plus numerous "not enough memory errors" when trying to place even a small photoshop image, which is a joke, because I have 8 Gigs of matched Corsair ram and tons of disk space.
None of my other graphics programs act up like this one. This issue alone, had forced me to Coreldraw X4 as my primary illistration program. Vista 64 Home Premium AMD Phenom 9850
