Hi Blade,

All it means that InDesign has had to break the rules you specified for the paragraph in the Justification dialog box--the minimum, maximum, and desired values for word and letter spacing. This doesn't necessarily mean that the spacing is bad--just that you're outside the range you specified there. It's a kind of reminder for you to look at the line and decide whether you want to make adjustments to the spacing.
