Thank you for the recommendation, but it doesn't really help with the "Go to Top of Page" thing.
They want the document set so that, when a chapter is opened, the text in the header is at the top of the screen. As I said above, I'm trying to achieve my goal by putting the destination in the header and setting the zoom at 100%. But the result still comes up with the linked text anchor somewhere above the screen, so the user has to scroll up to find it (and the beginning of the document).
Aren't text anchors supposed to show up at the very top of the screen? I seem to recall that happening in the past - I had to switch all of my captions from below to above the figures.
There is talk of bringing in "an InDesign Expert" to finish the thing and get it all polished and pretty before being posted.
