Is CS3 terribly different than Photoshop 7? Will I need to be retrained intensively? I do not need anything else that Photoshop 7 doesn't already offer, except for the ability to install it onto my new Windows Vista. I guess I just want to keep on doing the same things that I used to do on my Photoshop 7. I'm not a professional and am just scanning and touching up my old photographs and negatives.

I moved from V7 to CS3 less than a year ago. There are some new features in
CS3, but all of the old feature work about the same.
Since I do not know you, I can't say whether you will need retraining or
not. I didn't.
