@ Don - it doesn't cost them a cent: They don't support it. These are *user to user* forums...
When do DO - they'll be supporting their own tested builds, which is a completely different scenario. The cost of support will be factored into the cost of the product (nobody expects Photoshop on Linux to be free, duh) or will be an extra cost option, exactly like the existing platforms.
