Dreamweaver - Leopard Fix

I upgraded to Leopard 10.5.2 and had issues using all ftp clients. Dreamweaver,
Cyberduck, Fetch, etc. It seems that the updated version on my server was
causing the issue. I contacted my server company and they reinitiated my server
for Leopard. My suggestions is that before changing IP addresses or
reinstalling programs, check with your hosting company and make sure that that
they reinitiate your ftp for Leopard.

Have not had any issues since.

Re: Dreamweaver - Leopard Fix

hey steve,

i am not a technical person, so i am not sure of all the legitimate mumbo
jumbo, but I had 2 websites on 2 different servers. one was on an old php4
server (which i could ftp into) and the other was on an upgraded to php5 with
javascript (which i could not ftp into). I told my server people i upgraded to
leopard and had trouble with dreamweaver. they replied stating the had
reinitiated my ftp server and everything has worked fine since then.

my suggestions is that if nothing works for you, contact your server people
and see if they are able to restart your server to sinc it with leopard.

hope this helps.

AJ
