Dreamweaver not responding on exit

Whenever I attempt to exit Dreamweaver, the program hangs with a "not
responding" message, and I have to launch the Task Manager to close it.
Dreamweaver was working fine on my old XP computer. Then I upgraded to CS3 on a
new Vista machine, and that's when it started. Is anyone else experiencing
this? Any ideas on how to resolve it?
