Adding names in file url
I am working on a MAC and using Dreamweaver CS3. The problem is when I am
working directly off of the index in the server, the location of the links is "file:///corp/etc." when you preview in your browser. However, when I drag the file from the server directly into Firefox to preview, it's adding in "volumes" to the link, like this: "file:///volumes/corp, etc" Any thoughts? TIA |

Re: Adding names in file url
That doesn't look like you're viewing anything "from the server." Those look
like local filesystem paths. When you say "working directly off of the index in the server," exactly what do you mean? Please detail the *exact steps* you take to bring up that file. Same for "drag the file from the server," exactly what are you doing? Where, exactly, are you dragging from? -- Sonjay On 3/7/08 1:09 PM, "screech90" wrote: > I am working on a MAC and using Dreamweaver CS3.
