putting or uploading
I recently installed Dreamweaver CS3. It seems to have found the pertinent
file of website documents on our server and activated itself. I have made changes on a page but when I put it says it goes but the changes are not showing up on the website. I'm pulling the page from the remote view and sending it back to remote. |

Re: putting or uploading
You are either putting the file to the wrong location, or you are seeing a
cached version in your browser. Try clearing the cache first and see if that helps. If not, then are you sure you set up the site properly in the site manager? |

Re: putting or uploading
You have defined your local site, right?
When you look at the site name in the site list of your Files panel, do you see a folder icon or 2 networked computers? When you connect to the remote site, and expand the Files panel, what folder names do you see? What is the filename of the page you are expecting to see changes made to? If you create a new file, save it with a garbage name, and then upload it, do you see that file in the list of files on the remote site? -- Murray --- ICQ 71997575 Adobe Community Expert (If you *MUST* email me, don't LAUGH when you do so!) ================== http://www.projectseven.com/go - DW FAQs, Tutorials & Resources http://www.dwfaq.com - DW FAQs, Tutorials & Resources ================== "SigDelt" <webforumsuser@macromedia.com> wrote in message news:frrg2m$q4v$1@forums.macromedia.com... >I recently installed Dreamweaver CS3.
