Basic layout question
I'm a very amateur user of Dreamweaver 2004. I'm placing text and photos in
layers on my very basic website, and find that they look OK when placed in the file (in Dreamweaver) but then move around when viewed in a browser (Firefox). Can anyone give me the most basic advice on how to make these elements pretty static when viewed in a browser? Even if it is kind of ugly... Thanks in advance for any help. |

Re: Basic layout question
Search this forum for "layers" (no quotes" and the ugly truth will be laid
bare. And yes it is ugly. Layers are best avoided except for very special purposes and then only by experienced designers who understand how they work. -- Walt "chioggiabeetroot" <webforumsuser@macromedia.com> wrote in message news:g68prg$sps$1@forums.macromedia.com... > I'm a very amateur user of Dreamweaver 2004.
