Well, I moved most of my hosting from Interland/Web.Com to mediatemple.net.
Part of my value-added pitch to my clients was the robust web traffic
reporting provided by their Webtrends server install. Media Temple has a
sort of lame reporting so I did some google analytics stuff...but, despite
Google's front office statement "we are not evil", I am convinced that over
time their power of data gleaned from my little web world will eventually
make me pay something.

So, I found this linkey http://www.d4wstats.com/ and for a unlimited domain
implementation I can manually place this on whichever page I choose and
track it....the only thing I had to do was changed the permissions on the
logs. But, most importantly, a few of my clients have really enjoyed the
real time traffic analysis they can peruse as their leisure without have a
Google login account etc.
