want to import multiple sites to dreamweaver

I have a mac pro and i use dreamweaver cs3. I was wondering if there was a
system folder that i can just copy and paste over to my macbook pro so that i
dont have to individually export than import 80+ sites. Does anyone know which
folder i need to copy over?
