Is it possible to scroll down the page with css
Hi, at the top of my page I have a link to a named anchor which is halfway down
the page. At the moment it jumps there, I'm wondering if it's possible to scroll more slowly down so the user can see the page going past? I've seen it done, but I suspect it is Flash doing it? |
