Rate this site please

A friend of mine just had his website redone totally by an apparent SEO
company. I've given him my feedback already, but just to make sure I
wasn't biased - rate this site:
http://www.floridaduipro.com/

I'm looking to critique:
- Visual appeal
- Usability
- Accessibility
- SEO

Re: Rate this site please

no graphics or imagery of any kind = not good

putting the keyword stuffed text below the fold doesn't trick anyone. i
just scrolled down to see what was down there. also, i realize they
apparently don't think anyone will scroll down and read it, but Florida
still needs to be capitalized.

it's just generally unappealing, visually. it looks like a student in a
beginner's class created. it doesn't even look finished.

why didn't this guy have you create his site instead of whatever crappy
company he hired?

i find it hard to believe this was designed by a professional company.

It's OK that it's crap, though. Anyone visiting the site is already drunk.

* inappropriate, ugly and deprecated markup
* invalid code
* stupid meta elements
* 2.8 MB download size for such a boring layout?
* ...

These SEO idiots know absolutely nothing about how to properly build
good and usable websites.

It's as if the site were built nicely, but then a drunk driver ran through
it with his car or something...

Well... "Visual Appeal"... I first have To Ask "Visually Appealing"
to *who*? To the "DUI" Market? I'm at a loss to put myself in The
Shoes of a Prospective DUI Client [WEB]Searching for Legal
Representation... *I* don't have a Clue as to what such a Target
Demographic would Find "Appealing"... "Eye-Catching" and "Motivating"
to Respond To an Advertisement for Legal Services...

For My Own Part... *I* find it "BASIC"... It Neither Puts Me Off OR
"Rivets" My Attention... Which, given the Subject Matter, is prolly a
Good Thing... just a Simple "eBusiness Card" *Invitation* to Speak To
a Lawyer about Your DUI Problem...

Two or Three PROBLEMS:

I had to - WAIT - 2.. 3+ Minutes for Lloyd's .wmv to FAIL To
Load... went and did Other Things... came back... REloaded Two/Three
times... AT LAST... Lloyd Loaded Up and Gave Me His Schpiel...
[Pffffttt...]

I Recommend either LOSING Said .wmv OR Placing It Behind a LINK...
Maybe "About Us"... OR its own "Interested?/Learn More/WHY You Should
Call LINK... Let Lloyd Deliver his Schtick UNencumbering To...
UNencumbered By, Info of Equal or GREATER Importance to a Prospective
DUI Client...

*I* Don't Like SCROLLING, _MOST_ Particularly when there's BLANK
SPACE between Useful Info OR NOTHING At All To SCROLL DOWN To See...

*I* Don't Like *Varying Graphics Sizes*, As Is The Case when
CLICKing Thru the Various LINKS at the bottom of Lloyd's "eBiz
Card"... A LOT of This Problem can Be Alleviated by putting that .wmv
SomeWhere ELSE... [Freeing Up Room on the eBiz Card for TEXT &
LINKs]...

> - Usability

Mmm... "DISjointed" and [UNnecessarily] "Confusing" come to mind...
Mostly on The Complaints Cited Above...

> - Accessibility

AS IN The DELAYED/Had To Be FORCED .wmv Viewing? VERY BAD...

> - SEO

AS IN "SearchEngineOptimization"? Got NO Idea...

Over All, The BEST I can give it is C-...
