FLASH/AS Developer

Progressive and Innovative New Media Advertising Agency is seeking Mid to
Senior level Flash/AS Developers to join its award-winning team.

Responsibilities:

* Developing a clean codebase of ActionScript-driven Flash applications
with programmatic motion at the core
* Interfacing with back-end programming team to implement web applications
* Conceptualization, development and execution of cutting-edge Flash
applications
* Working closely with Designers and Programmers to solve problems and
execute solutions
* Understanding new Flash technologies and recommend where and how to
implement them

Requirements:

* Flash CS3 / AS 2.0 / AS 3.0 / building reusable and well-structured
classes
* Understanding and execution of OOP
* Ability to integrate data via XML
* Show ability to extend core functionality of Flash via classes
* Strong knowledge of the Flash Platform and other rich media technologies
in order to produce work that is both seamless and beautiful
* Insatiable curiosity; intrigued by the fusion of technology and design
* Passionate about the evolution of experiential digital properties
* Strong programming design with an emphasis on experiential design
* Intuitive debugging and optimization abilities

Bonus Skills

* Understanding of Flash remoting technologies
* Flex and MXML technologies
* Use and understanding of design pattern
