swapping web host-how?
Helo,
i use dreamweaver CS3 to build and maintain some basic sites. My hosting is up for renewal and i want to switch companies or maybe put a site on my own isp webspace. How do i do this with dreamweaver eg sort out all the links/refs etc that previously pointed to the files on my old host and make them point at the new one? Is it quick and easy? ta |

You simply need to remove your files from the current host and upload them to the new host and change the DNS with your registrar to point to the new server. The only thing you need to do in Dreamweaver is to reconfigure your site settings to point to the new server, specifically the Remote information ( IE FTP login info ) |
