Using Photoshop Zoomify objects

I have created a flash file using Photoshop's Zoomify export option. It all
looks fine when it opens in a blank browser window after export but I have no
idea how to get it on my page. The closest I have come to success was importing
it into a table, all looked fine in preview but none of the zoom controls
worked.
I'm new to Dreamweaver/Flash/etc so maybe there's something basic I'm missing.
