Re: i'm so frustrated right now "ffs"
The quick fix is in the information that is stated in this post. Let me see, I
could spend 1-3 minutes to define my site. Is that quick? Just define your site correctly and upload it with the "put" command when prompted to include dependent files, say yes. It's a quick fix. |

ok, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO START ALL OVER AGAIN.
just define your site properly and upload the images. gdhfnlnsfkglbsnd;kjb wrote: > ...ok i will read these...in the meantime is there a quick fix soloution to this or will i have to start again... |

Re: i'm so frustrated right now "ffs"
By the way, OCR A Extended is not a font I have on my machine - everything
defaults to Times New Roman... you really can't use weird fonts that nobody has. If you really want to try using it, have others as secondary fonts. Clearly there's something wrong with your machine. :-) -- Walt "josie1one" <joleros@spamoffyahoo.com> wrote in message news:g94fs9$kdi$1@forums.macromedia.com... > By the way, OCR A Extended is not a font I have on my machine - everything > defaults to Times New Roman... you really can't use weird fonts that > nobody has. Seriously? I can't locate it anywhere. Certainly it's not a web-safe font anyway but I'm really curious to know if it's a standard-installed font. -- Jo "Walt F. I don't know about OCR A Extended specifically, but it seems every scanner I've used that came with an install disc included OCR fonts. I seem to recall that Acrobat Pro did - or does - as well, though I typically installed that on the same machines that had the scanners. -- Mark A. Boyd Keep-On-Learnin' :) |

According to the Wikipedia article on OCR-A (!), there are free and/or GPL versions of the font. I have it on this computer, but then I've had an HP scanner connected, and I have Acrobat Pro. <ducks out> - Nope, not on my Win2K laptop which never had either. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/OCR-A_font -- Joe Makowiec http://makowiec.net/ Email: http://makowiec.net/contact.php |
