Hello to all,

I am new to website design, and would appreciate any assistance that anyone
could give me. My problem may be simple to an Advanced web designer, but to me
it's a pure headache. For some reason my header image does not resize as the
browser window shrinks in size. I am using Dreamweaver to design this site, but
I have had no success with this problem. Can anyone guide me in the right
direction to fix this problem.

There is something wrong with that link so I can't see your page, but images
don't resize so I'm not sure what you're trying to accomplish. Sort out the
link problem (security certificate issue) and post back with a working link
plus an explanation of what you are trying to accomplish.
