I need help with a question and answer page. I want to be able to roll over
questions and the answers will come up in a new box and close so the person can
read the question and rollover and the answer pops up. I tried open browser
which seems to be for pics and I tried pop up and nothing happen. Does anyone
know the code?

If you have CS3 the Spry Accordion Panel might do the trick for you. And they have instructions to set it up to work on rollover instead of on click.

if you can write javascript, you can run a small script every time a hover action is detected over a question link

the java script can then access the new box, and send the answer.
