strange CPU posting during coding sessions
I've noticed that when I'm working in dreamweaver, it frequently hangs for a
few minutes. A bit of digging revealed that it is periodically maxing out one of the CPUs (I have a dual CPU system). For some reason, its not even using the other CPU (or at least there is almost no load on it). It seems to happen no matter what I'm doing, and seems to be random as to when it occurs. I'm running XP media center, and adobe CS3 version of dreamweaver.... Does anyone have any idea whats going on? is there any way to configure dreamweaver to use both CPUs instead of just one? thanks -James |
