I think Dreamweaver used to do this...I've been dinkin around with a few other
coding applications and they all do this, and I swear Dreamwaver used to do it,
but now it doesn't do it any more (I think I may have turned something off I
wasn't supposed to)

Anyway, when I'm programming, and I type in something like <div id="yada"> and
then I press enter, the cursor does not drop down directly underneath the div.
If my div is tabbed over 2-3 tabs, the cursor will drop down to the beginning
of the next line, and I have to manually tab over. I want it to auto-tab.

View > Code View Options > Auto Indent
