Question regarding graphics
Hello All,
I created a graphic using a .jpg file on the left side of the following webpage: http://www.studiocpromotions.com/guardian/dementia.html The individual shape of some letters are off or are not being picked up pixel-wise making it hard to read. Can anyone explain what causes this? Thanks in advance |

Re: Question regarding graphics
As Murray says:
the original image is 280px x 436 px. the code is telling the browser to squeeze it down slightly to 270 x 420 <img src="graphics/4_pic1.jpg" alt="" width="270" height="420" If it needs to be 270x420 for you layout then Resize the graphic in your image editor first then insert it into your webpage in DW without changing any dimensions. If not then, in DW, click on the image and look at the Property Inspector. The image dimensions are bold (indicating not original size) and there is a circular arrow graphic next to the W and H fields. Click that arrow and DW will remove the custom sizing and the image will return to its original size. You can then upload the page. -- Regards John Waller |
