NPR pages
Many NPR pages, like for example
http://www.npr.org/templates/rundown...wn.php?prgId=2 load the title on the tab but do not display in FF. You can get the source code and if you cut and paste it in, say, NVU, the page is there, it has been downloaded, while FF still keeps Waiting for www.npr.org... If you open the page in an IE tab, it opens immediately. Why? Eustace -- It ain't THAT, babe! - A radical reinterpretation http://www.geocities.com/itaintme_babe/itaintme.html |

Hitting the "Stop" button crashes Firefox 2. Seems to confirm that the page is messed up. So does this: http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=ht...wn.php?prgId=2 You didn't say what version of Firefox you are using, but my experience seems to suggest that Firefox 3 is more tolerant of bad code.
