Unable to view my.yahoo homepage using firefox
My computer was idle for ~1 week. When I restarted, Yahoo had replace
the classic homepage to the beta version. Now, I get a blank page with "done" in the status line. I can open the homepage in IE7, but have a pref. for Firefox. Tried upgrading to FF 3.0, disabling Adblock Plus, reinstalling Flash and Java updates. Have scanned using AD-Aware, SpyBot S&D and A-squared. Ran CCleaner, cleared private data and cleared cookies. Reset Comcast modem and D-link router. My.Yahoo homepage still comes up blank. Any suggestions? |

I was annoyed when Yahoo took away the old page and forced the new page on me with no warning that the old page was disappearing, but it does work fine (except for ugly fonts). It uses lots of pop-ups if that gives any clues. |

Lou
FYI - from Yahoo Troubleshooting page......... "On July 14, 2008, we will be moving all original My Yahoo! users over to the new My Yahoo!. At that time, the original My Yahoo! will be retired and you will no longer be able to access it. Your content and color theme will be transferred over for you. Don't worry, everything you love about My Yahoo! is still there." |
