Right I keep getting a little message pop up saying "missing plugins"
or something along those lines, I click on it and it tells me to
install adobe flash player. I've downloaded it several times now and
the little message is still popping up!!

Help it's really annoying.

Make sure Adblock (Adblock Plus) isn't set to disallow .swf files.
