DELETE GMAIL emails in thunderbird
DELETE GMAIL emails in thunderbird ???? This just does not work !!!!! Can please help ??? I love tB.... but over the 5 years ... I can not get this to work ??? Jones Smith Want to sell something or get traffic to your site ??? Place it on GIZ. http://gizbuilder.com/ |

If so, merely pressing delete in Thunderbird on an email just gives it an additional Gmail label [Imap]/Trash - you can see this if you go on to the Gmail web interface. To really delete it, within TB you need to move the email to the folder [Gmail]/Trash (or [Googlemail]/Bin if you're using the UK English version of Gmail). I hope this may help. I have to move it to Gmail]/Trash In the account settings.... do not work Move it to folder trash (does not work) Remove immediately I read something about the "CONFIG EDITOR" setting within ???? thanks for your help |
