To put =?UTF-8?Q?=E2=80=9C?= Go =?UTF-8?Q?=E2=80=9D?= buttons on the left side of the URL-bar / search bar ..
To put “ Go ” buttons on the left side of the URL-bar
( a.k.a. Smart Location Bar ) and the search bar, add this to you userChrome.CSS: “ textbox > * { -moz-box-direction: reverse; } ”. |

Made this comment simply to ensure the OP was aware of the possibility. |

I keep my room very dark.
I don't use the keyboard when the mouse will do.
I even type using the mouse ( via my virtual keyboard ). Right now I'm using the keyboard, holding it with my knees as I lay in bed, mouse at my side. I keep my room very dark. My keyboard has a tiny lamp with an on/off switch. It shines on the keyboard, not my face. Even my screens are dark, e.g.: “ JeffRelf.F-M.FM/SearchPlugins.PNG ”. For text, I use high contrast, low brightness; for images, it's the opposite: high brightness, low contrast. |

When I was in high school a friend didn't have a bedside lamp and didn't need one. He merely ran a piece of string wrapped around the on/off light switch at his bedroom door via a few screw eyes to his bedside and he could turn the light on and off. |
