Next time you are logged in, look for yahoo cookies, and check the expiry info. -- Chris Ilias mozilla.test.multimedia moderator Mozilla links <http://ilias.ca> (Please do not email me tech support questions) |

Now Yahoo Mail has never let the login be saved. Firefox 1.5.0.1 build 2006011112 Win XP HomeSP2. Something in his settings maybe?? The cookies I have for Yahoo have expiration dates all the way from July this year to 2010. Nancy |

It does if you do the 'log in as new user' thing. I have several yahoo accounts, and it's kind of a nuisance to switch among them because it's not always simple to get to the 'log in as new user' screen from where you happen to be within the yahoo site. Didn't mozilla used to offer a choice of identities/passwords on pages with several such possibilities? -- Cheers, Bev (Happy Linux User #85683, Slackware 10.2) ================================================== ============== "Some people say that when it rains it means that God is crying, probably because of something that you did." --Jack Handey |

OK, FF still does, it's just that yahoo is really picky about allowing two logins, which is a nuisance. -- Cheers, Bev (Happy Linux User #85683, Slackware 10.2) @@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@ @@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@ "Look again at that dot. Thats what I did and now things work just fine. |
