I'm looking for information to disable in thunderbird the sync of the message status information with the IMAP-server. If possible selective for one special server / account and not global for all. Please excuse my bad english. Sincerely |

RIGHT click the server name (in *bold type*) select Properties (bottom of list) .... this shows you the Account Settings for that server.... select Server Settings and see if what you want to do is listed there?? If you have problems finding the settings, maybe you would prefer to write in your own language - we have posters here, who can understand most languages well, and also have TB in French, German, Dutch etc (even Chinese and Japanese) reg |

I saw at the thunderbird support site some "configuration- commands" also not present in that list and hoped that I can create also new ones, that inhibit for instance the setting of the message status information "forwarded" at the server or that inhibits syncronisation of that message status information. (of course I know these must exist before) regards |
