quick "Get Mail"?

I do mostly everything via keyboard shortcuts these days

is there one I've missed for "get email for current account now"?

I don't want "get for all accounts" or the cumbersome multi-step method that
starts with alt-f

or is there a plugin?

thanks

(btw - I thought of saying "grab the mouse for a quick outing to the
'down arrow' next to the Get Mail Button".... but didn't want to damage
the OP's nerves :-P )

True. Just doesn't seem like much of a "shortcut". How about setting
the account to get new mail every minute?

<matches your tone>

Does *your* keyboard have a "'Get Mail Button"? I'll bet his doesn't --
and when someone clearly specifies "keyboard shortcuts", moving to the
mouse doesn't really qualify.

or...
Ctrl+t to get the selected profile email.
Ctrl+Shift+t to get all email.
Both left hand things and less a journey than all the way up to F5.

Bad idea. Should something be coming in that is large, or the server
happens to be slow, then there will be a server busy error when they 1
minute checks 'bump into' eachother. 3-5 minutes should be a practical
minimum.
