addressing
When sending an email, the personal address book is in the sidebar.
Other address books are also seen there and can be used. However, lists in the PAB are seen, but I cannot readily utilize a few of the addresses from a list. Apparently need to insert the entire list. Then send later, then edit the recipients deleting one by one. Must be an easier way to do this? Miles |

When you select an address book on AB sidebar , you also have the content of mailing list in address book sidebar. For example , if you create an address book ( with no mail id within it ) and create a mailing list under it and add a mail id in _mailing list_ then that id will also be shown in that address book . Same happens when you view that address book through AB sidebar in compose window . It's true that those mail ids are now not displayed as list in sidebar but atleast you can select them individually and add them to To field . |
