Export threads using a "nice" layout
Hi!
I'd like to export threads using a "layout" similar to the GMail one used to print a conversation ("Print All" function in GMail), thus all mails of a thread clearly piled in a single and highly readable document. I've tried SmartSave extension, it exports all single mail as an .EML. I'm looking for a tool that convert an .EML file in a PDF or HTML with a "nice" layout. Alternatively, does exist a method to print multiple conversation on GMail? Thanks you. |

It's called a "PDF driver" and there are several available. Once it's installed, when you select "Print All" in GMail, you can select the PDF driver as the output device instead of your physical printer. http://groups.google.com/group/mozil...b7884b73eb7a94 > Alternatively, does exist a method to print multiple conversation > on GMail? Re: Export threads using a "nice" layout
Hi Ken,
Thank you for your reply. I already use a PDF Printer, but the problem is that I'd like to print (to PDF) more than one conversation (something like 1600) and I'd like to do in a "one click operation" or in an automatic way (using a script), avoiding to open thousand of mails and click and click and click ;-))) I wonder Thunderbird doesn't provide a feature to export conversation (thread of mail) in a "intelligent" way as GMail does. Thank you.
