My ISP connects to gmail (Google) for all of my email. When I send a
message to anyone using hotmail they will only see a gray box and not
see the picture. I have tested every setting that I thought might affect
this problem on both TB and gmail. Anyone have any idea of what I can do
to end this problem??

When you send it to others (non Hotmail users) do they see the
picture? If they do, then the problem is probably on the Hotmail end,
not on your end.
