multi-language installation
I see that you can install Mozilla Firefox and Thunderbird localized
in various languages. But what about multi-language installation, i.e. the installation that would enable the user to easily choose the language of the user interface? There are situations where such a multi-language version is needed, here is a few: - Internet cafes for tourists -- it would be great that tourists can change the GUI language as they like. - Offices in countries with two or more official languages (e.g. Switzerland, European Union). - Multinational corporations that has branches in many countries and employees traveling abroad. - Help desks in multilingual environments. I suggest making an effort to produce multi-language installations of Firefox and Thunderbird that would contain all the current localizations. Also if it is currently possible to install two or more localized versions of the software on the same system, the knowledge base and the help should give instructions about that. -- rpr. /Robert Premuž/ |

I will post the links in a couple of minutes. |
