People are not perfect so they would reply to a mail in any manner that
would start a new thread.

To understand their problem, people are switching to text digest modes
of group mails due to lots of posts, and when they reply to any message
from that digest, it starts a new thread. Or if someone has to send some
file, info, data in a communication, he collects it from somewhere and
by that time he couldn't trace the mail to which he has to reply and so
he composes a fresh message.

Then, we subscribe to different mailing lists of different topics, but
some of them are on the same or related topic so we would like to keep
them in a single group - subfolder.

Anyway. It is cluttering my TB and I have to increasingly put more and
more efforts to keep track of different threads. One of my work folder
is having 20+ subfolder, in which a person/ agencies are in individual
subfolder because there is no way to keep his mails together.

Some method is needed for tagging/ grouping some selected mails together
so they always appear as combined in a long list of other mails.

Any help?
