ffmpeg2theora-0.21 duplicate audio output?

I have this one clip with a lot of wind hiss in the audio and am
looking for a way to clean it out. I could do that with some
audioware maybe but being new to this mm business any suggestion would
be welcome. All video files on my system are now .ogv but this last
one still exists in .mov also (until I fix it).

TIA
